This is the email I sent to All Committee Members & Complaintants

Evening All,

I sent an email to Carla Kennedy with our suggested Mediation dates. I didn’t get a response from her but I got an email from Mr. Justin Mason Barrister/Solicitor for the Ministry of the Attorney General. They are available on the following dates to mediate; March 25th, 26th, April 8th, 28th, 29th, May 6th and 7th. They are also willing to have the mediation in Kamloops.

When our two Committees met on Thursday January 16th we had decided to meet on Thursday February 13th. I will try and book the Henry Grube Centre for this meeting. This meeting will be open to each person who submitted a complaint.

I haven’t confirmed our location yet so expect another email confirming date time and location.

I don’t know about you guys but I was really surprised by the attached letter.
