Awards presentation
Usually our Awards are given out at our special monthly meeting. They were supposed to be given out at our April meeting. KFFA Executive are contacting each receipent and giving them their award individually.

Harold Braun - Tami Nishikawa Photo Award
Tracy Murdoch - Largest Steelhead Award - 21 lbs. Kispiox River.
Sharlene Bowers- Doug Mark Award
Doug Scorrar - Ian Denbigh Award
Bruce Gemmell - Hard Luck Award
Bruce Gemmell - Ted Maloney Memorial Award
Sandy MacDonald - Karl M. Haufler Perpetual Trophy
Sandy MacDonald -Conservation Award
John Bowers- Past President Award
Gil Schiller- Dexheimer Trophy
- Largest Land Locked Trout – Dexhiemer Trophy.
- Largest Steelhead – Wilson, Dalgleish, Ray-Mac Trophy.
- Trout of five (5) pounds or more – Silver Pin.
- Trout of ten (10) pounds or more – Gold Pin.
- Steelhead of ten (10) pounds or more – Silver Pin.
- Steelhead of twenty (20) pounds or more – Gold Pin.
- The first Gold or Silver Pin to an eligible Member will be given free of charge. Any subsequent Gold or Silver Pin must be purchased by the recipient at the cost to the Club.
- Although winners of their second and subsequent pins will not receive complimentary pins their names and accomplishments will be announced at the Annual Awards Banquet.
- The Board of Directors will consider on an individual basis any presentation of special fishing awards not covered by these guidelines and rules.
Ted Maloney Memorial Award:
- Formerly known as the Member of the Year award this trophy is presented to the Club Member who has contributed the most to the betterment of the Club and/or in achieving the Club objectives.
Karl M. Haufler Perpetual Trophy:
- Formerly known as the Conservation award this trophy is presented to the Club Member who has contributed the most toward environmental conservation and protection of our fisheries resources in the Kamloops area.
Ian Denbigh Award:
- This trophy is presented to the regular member who has belonged to the Club less than 18 months since their confirmation of membership and has been the most active member and contributed the most toward the Club objectives.
